Are you thinking about pre-planning your funeral? Pre-planning is the best way to choose how you're remembered, to ease the emotional and financial burden on your loved ones, to protect yourself from rising funeral costs, and to let your family know your final wishes.
If you are looking for information on a particular topic, or if you are looking for a loved one who has been entrusted to our care, you can use the form below to narrow down your search.
Ordering flowers from our site ensures that your order will reach us or the family in a timely manner, and your gesture of support will remain acknowledged in the Book of Memories™ for future generations. We only work with local florists so we can maintain the sense of urgency and quality of your selections. We thank you for helping to support the family during their time of need, and will fondly remember your kind gesture.
We respect the sensitivity and dignity that comes with ordering tribute gifts from the funeral home. It is for this reason that we have attempted to design our online Sympathy Store with the utmost respect to the family and the deceased. We hope you find this service helpful during your time of need and would welcome any comments or suggestions you might have to help us serve our communities better.
Condolence: My Dad (recently deceased) and I (both from the USA) only got to know Jule through email a few years ago. It was an amazing and interesting way that God brought us to get to know each other, but I am very grateful to Him that He did. Thank you Jule for your friendship, may God Bless you and your family.
Condolence: "The Light shines in the dark, and the dark does not overcome it." John I/1. Jule was a light to us all, ever ready to help in crisis, always comforting to the distressed, generous to a fault, and a practical Christian who believed in works over faith (though she had plenty of the latter). She and I were to retire at the same time and---whenever I could make it down from Ottawa---weave baskets, grow willow, plant trees, fish, build cabins, swim at Ragged Falls, etc., in a word, all the good things in life. Now I and all her friends and relations are left to mourn and ponder. Oh, Jule, you deserved to live to be a healthy and vigourous 110. I hope you will watch over us from an alternate universe or Heaven or as a spirit animal. Clarendon Station and Maberly will always loom large in my memory as two of nature's wonder spots. Thank you for all you did for me and for your fabulous friendship.
Condolence: Though I have many memories, my favourite is Jule and I hiking with Nat and Olwyn and Ed to the Ragged Chutes. I also remember driving to Perth and our kids "window shopping" at Giant Tiger. After Catherine was born she joined us on those treks. Olwyn Klinker and Aubrey Davis and I have donated in Jules' memory to the North Frontenac Food Bank.

Condolence: I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jule's passing. I remember Jule and her children coming back to the store at Snow Road years ago when I worked for my brother there and always was glad to talk to her when I would drop off Pearl's Mississippi News at the Frontenac News. A great loss to the community. May she Rest In Peace. The family and many friends are in my thoughts and prayers at this very sad time.
