Condolence: So sorry to hear of Doris' passing. When I pause to think back to my early years in Parham as a boy in the 60-70's, I can easily recall entering Good's General Store to purchase some bread or milk or perhaps pick up the mail and would always hear Doris' welcoming and good humoured laughter. Always so pleasant to interact with. She will be missed. Wishing God's blessings on all the Good family in your time of grief.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Good Family. I worked for the Public School Board out of an office in the school yard of Hinchinbrooke P.S. when Elizabeth MacKinnon was the Principal. I stopped at the store every day to visit with Melville , Doris and Jean. We would talk about farming , family and the community. I attended the Parham Fair with my children and horses and was always happy to see the Good Family waving at me from the stands !Wonderful memories! God Bless you Doris!

Condolence: Alison and I have fond memories of living in Parham in the Anglican Rectory when we first got married. Mel, Doris and Jean were good neighbours and good community members. They treated us well and we often think and speak of Doris when we pass their old store.

Condolence: So very sorry for your Loss of Mrs Good. I so remember the days of living in Parham and stopping in to pick up the mail (box 16)with a gentle reminder... now don't drop that on your way home! or when returning a pop bottle (2 cents) so I could get some candy... Mrs. Good was always so kind and usually would ask 'how was your day?'
